I have always had a soft spot for the technical side of Architecture. Transitioning from architectural project coordination to permit expediting allowed me to focus on the drawings, the details, and the documentation. My background in producing high quality Revit/CAD sets and my technical understanding of construction documents allow me to bridge the gap between architectural intent and code compliance. Now, instead of managing the whole build, I focus on bridging the gap between design teams and local jurisdictions to keep things moving on schedule for a predictable, efficient path to construction.
