Alicia joined the Permit Solutions team in January 2026 and brings with her a strong background in project management, purchasing, and customer service. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Buyer for JOANN Stores and as a Project Manager for Accel Group, a millwork manufacturing company. Alicia is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and coworkers and takes pride in providing a positive, supportive experience for everyone she works with. As she continues to grow in the permitting industry, she is focused on becoming a trusted expert in commercial permitting and a go-to resource for clients and teammates alike.
When she's not working, Alicia's favorite role is being a wife to Chris and mom to her two young children, Charlie and Remi. She loves spending time with her family, whether that's exploring new places, making memories on everyday adventures, or chasing after their energetic new puppy, Birdee. Alicia is also an avid reader and a big fan of live music, always looking for her next great book or concert. Her friendly personality, dedication to helping others, and enthusiasm for learning make her a valued member of the Permit Solutions team
